Must Drink: Of course it’s soy bean milk, soy bean milk, soy bean milk (it would be the last thing you can miss) Soy bean milk is made of soybean (of course), which you can mill it and then cook slowly with small fire. There are several flavors of soybean milk. The traditional styles are sweet, salty and the original soybean juice. 

如果你第一次喝豆浆,就来一碗甜甜的豆浆吧! rúguǒ nǐ dìyīcì hē dòujiāng, jiù lái yìwǎn tiántiánde dòujiāng ba! 如果你想尝试新口味,咸豆浆是不错的选择, rúguǒ nǐ xiǎng chángshì xīn kǒu wèi, xián dòu jiāng shì bú cuò de xuǎn zé, 豆浆煮好后撒上盐巴和葱花, dòujiāng zhǔhǎo hòu sǎ shàng yánba hé conghuā, 加一颗蛋就是一碗好喝的咸豆浆。 jiā yìkēdàn jiùshì yìwǎn hǎohē de xiándòujiāng. 另外一种「清浆」是豆浆煮好后没有加任何调味料, lìng wài yì zhǒng "qīngjiāng" shì dòujiāng zhǔhǎo hòu méiyǒu jiā rènhé tiáowèiliào, 整碗只有黄豆的香味。 zhěng wǎn zhǐyǒu huángdòu de xiāngwèi. 我不喜欢太甜,最喜欢点「清浆+红茶」,  wǒ bù xǐhuan tàitián, zuì xǐhuān diǎn "qīngjiāng+hóngchá", 就是一杯好喝的红茶豆浆了(私房推荐)。 jiùshì yìbēi hǎohē de hóngchádòujiāng le (sī fáng tuījiàn)

If a taiwanese soybean milk is your first try, sweet flavor would be the safety choice. However, if you do enjoy suprise, choose a salty soy bean milk, it taste like doufu soup, soft and healthy with full proteine. My personal favorite is soybean milk mixed with black tea, it smells tea and tastes milk, actully i love it because the black tea there also taste a little bit different with the black tea we think of the original one. 

必吃台式小笼包: bìchī táishì xiǎolóngbāo: 台湾的小笼包并不是只在鼎泰丰出现, táiwān de xiǎolóngbāo bìngbùshì zhǐzài Dǐngtàifēng chūxiàn, 每一家早餐店手工做的小笼包又便宜又好吃。 měiyìjiā zǎocāndiàn shǒugōng zuò de xiǎolóngbāo yòu pián yí yòu hǎochī. 一笼小笼包不到台币一百元却可以吃得很饱, yì lóng xiǎolóngbāo búdào táibì yìbǎiyuán què kěyǐ chī de hěn bǎo, 每一家店的手工小笼包都因为做法 měiyìjiā diàn de shǒugōng xiǎolóngbāo dōu yīnwèi zuòfǎ 或配方不同尝起来味道都不一样, huò pèifāng bùtóng cháng qǐ lái wèidào dōu bùyīyàng, 像每个家庭里不公开秘方, xiàng měi ge jiātíng lǐ bùgōngkāi mìfāng, 外婆的拿手菜一样神秘又好吃。 wàipó de náshǒucài yíyàng shénmì yòu hǎochī.

Must Eat: taiwanese xiǎolóngbāo, absolutely! It is totally wrong that only thinking of xiǎolóngbāo in Dingtaifeng We all know that each Doujiang dian has its own characteristic recipe, just like nany’s secret dish in every family. 

刚出炉的小笼包很烫口, gāng chūlú de xiǎolóngbāo hěntàngkǒu, 可以先夹一颗放在汤匙, kěyǐ xiān jiá yì kē fàngzài tāngchi, 再淋上些许姜丝和酱油醋在汤匙上。 zài lín shàng xiēxǔ jiāngsī hé jiàngyóucù zài tāngchishàng. 好几次看到外国朋友用筷子吃小笼包, hǎo jǐ cì kàndào wàiguó péngyǒu yòng kuàizi chīxiǎolóngbāo, 因为太烫了,朋友会先咬一口, yīnwè tàitàng le,péngyǒu huì xiān yǎo yi kǒu, 再让小笼包的热汤流在盘子上,那可是精华啊! zài ràng xiǎolóngbāo lǐ de rètāng liú zài pánzi shàng, nà kě shì jīnghuā a!

Freshly cooked xiǎolóngbāo tastes hot, you can put it on a spoon and then with a small bite, so the hot meat soup would not be wasted. More delicious to eat xiǎolóngbāo with its meat soup, after all, the meat ball soup inside xiǎolóngbāo is the best!

一碗豆浆和一笼小笼包就差不多是一顿活力的早餐, yì wǎn dòujiāng hé yī lóng xiǎolóngbāo jiù chābùduō shì yí dùn huólì de zǎocān, 如果还觉得意犹未尽,记得外带一份烧饼油条当点心。 rú guǒ hái juéde yìyóuwèijìn, jìdé wàidài yífèn shāobǐng yóutiáo dāng diǎnxīn.

Soybean milk with xiǎolóngbāo would be suffient to begin an energetic breakfast, if you are still interested in trying more, take out shāobǐng yóutiáo as desset in the morning.
